OPEN INTERVIEWS THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH FROM 10 AM - 6PM. LOCATION: EASTON BEER BARREL, 3993 MORSE CROSSING, COLUMBUS, OH 43219.

Responsibilities:

• Build p ositive r elationships with g uests , c oworkers, and m anagers
• Prioritize a q uality c ustomer e xperience with a w arm and f riendly a pproach and e fficient service
• Develop a t horough k nowledge of f ood and b everage m enus
• Accurately r ing up all f ood and b everages, per c ustomer o rder
• Assist with b ussing t ables in a ssigned s ection , g reeting g uests , and d elivering f ood to a ssigned t ables as n eeded
• Clean a ssigned s ection and s anitize w orkspace in s ervice a reas as n eeded per r estaurant p rotocols
• Provide s afe a lcohol s ervice through use of c ompany r esources, p roper ID c hecks, and i dentifying s igns of i ntoxication
• Manage g uest c heckout p rocess by e fficiently and r esponsibly h andling c ash and c redit c ard t ransactions
• Occasionally a nswer p hone and a ssist w alk- i n g uests with c arryout o rders as n eeded
• Become k nowledgeable a bout the Good Food Rewards p rogram and m anage in ac cord ance with c ompany p olicy
• Follow all s afety and s anitation p rocedures per c ompany p olicy, in a lignment with h ealth d epartment r egulations
• Effectively c ommunicate with b ar, k itchen, and m anagement t eams to p rovide q uality c ustomer s ervice

Required Qualifications:

• Previous s erving e xperience p referred
• Enthusiasm for c ustomer s ervice and a g uest- f irst m entality
• Basic c omputer l iteracy
• Basic m ath s kills
• Must be 19+ to a pply
