An ideal candidate would be someone who is open-minded, a team player, a multitasker, and enjoys providing warm service in a neighborhood-friendly setting. At Azizam, tips are distributed across the team based on a tip pool. Our aim is to create a fair working environment where all team members can learn a variety of skill sets–shifting between different roles.
